Surprised by how such a silly , unthought out , copied storyline was celebrated . Offlate in an era where story and screenplay has evolved to become matured, thought out , intelligent and precise to the point, this movie is such a pullback. Was indeed disappointed.

With all the not so good reviews I was actually wondering why to watch this movie and had put it off .. but I was totally wrong... From the moment the movie started there was absolutely no lag no racing either... It was a simple clear well thought out well scripted well choreographed well characterised well acted family movie. It had everything in it and more of dance.. dance was absolutely beautifully choreographed.. kudos to whoever did it .. all the knots were tied with strong reasoning .. no loose ends .. a tale well told . Just like we listen to our naana naany stories ... This was one such story which was beautifully told and I shall forever keep it in my chosen list..

Was so curious to watch this movie was all about.. coz couldn't really make it out from the trailers. Watched it on N. Plot , ohh yes by now we all know what it is.. but the creativity about handling an extremely sensitive issue was at the forefront. Kudos.. definitely handled well.. Dhanush sir stands out in every single frame .. what a versatility in acting between karnan and jagame thanthiram.. albeit the typical kuthu song. Every character has a strong purpose in the film.. story woven together well enough, camera captures the mood in all the important scenes, sensitizes a person well about a scene, songs .. .mm...well the bgm scores much higher here. Plight of immigrants handled adequately but strongly. In the end yes a bit cinematic, ( ofcourse we like to see that don't we ) but overall a very unique proposition for onscreen infotainment. Kudos to Kartik Subbaraj for yet another truly different storytelling.
