Jan Reed

The flipping back and forth timeline totally ruined the flow and storyline of this movie for me. Such a lack of interaction and storyline between Jo and her true love interest the Professor. The Professor and Laurie were both weak. Love Laura Dern, but she was miscast to play the mother. She came across as an older sister. The modern day dialogue did not fit the time period. Costumes and cinematography were fabulous.
