Ruined the first 'The boy' movie by shifting the whole theme from psychological horror to just the typical cursed doll horror SPOILESRS AHEAD...... The first movie ended with a cliffhanger where we've seen brahms fixing the broken doll( spoiler alert : it wasn't brahms but a man named joseph who got the doll after brahms)but in the second movie we realise that it was never about the boy Brahms Heelshire but it was about that cursed doll how it talks to their users and stuff. To be honest i expected more from this movie due to the potential the plot held in the first movie. Instead they just turned the whole plot into the typical possessed doll plot. I'm totally disappointed in how the plot turned out to be. I was interested in the character 'Brahms Heelshire' because i thought he was going to be a psycho or something like that and i never thought the doll to be possessed and i liked it like that. But things were completely changed after this movie. So if you like the first movie and liked the character Brahms and you are about to watch this movie due to the cliffhanger at the end of the first movie then let me tell you that's not Brahms, he's dead. There's no appearance of brahms in this movie, you can only watch it if you're interested in that possessed doll and it's history ( its history doesn't involve information about how it got possessed but it just says who owned that damn doll and about the killings occured around it ) Hope this helps have a lovely day❤️
