4 stars...and that's only for the lead-role. Reminds me of classically trained actors from years ago. Implementing body language , facial expression, voice influx....you name it. As for "the madness"? Just another subpar, cheaply filmed cop show. What a waste.

Recently I saw Joker 2, and next day.."the thicket". If you've seen both....I dont have to ask you which ones better. And when you compare budgets? That's AMAZING. Juliette Lewis is absolutely amazing. She is stellar in the role. And of course Peter D? Has he made a bad film? Should you have 2 choose between this low budget Tubi film, and Joker2 ? Watch THIS. What they did in Joker2 is unforgivable....ruined any future...hell "Penguin" (on Max) KILLS Joker2.... So...ya want a decent movie? Watch from home as well ? You could do a whole lot worse.

Films like "Goodfellas" , "Gone With the Wind"....these are 5 star pictures. I almost want to give them to 7A just for redoing a classic. I was happy to see this, they did a great job, im not sure it could have casted any better. Worth a watch..I'd view it again. There you go. Generic review for a generic remake. I mean cmon man...it was an uphill battle from the git, dealing with a legendary directors work...I mean that takes a lot as well...getting ready for THAT comparison. I would have filmed this also in black n white. Some pictures are just made for it. Camera work in 7A is lacking. You will notice the great shots, "pull-aways", soundtrack....all....lacking. Like I said.....nearly 5 stars just for the redo, because they didn't stray too far from the original story... The original didn't need "jump scares" either. Oh....Julia Garner is a FORCE. Great actor...awesome in Ozark

This movie is nothing more than a platform for freaks to parade. Straight up overdone obscurity...a movie can't lose its way when it's already lost. To me there's nothing hidden here at all...it's exactly what your seeing. Garbage hoping an idiot somewhere will call it art.

Does Netflix have a contract with Liam or something? To make a bunch of movies....that are all the same? Maybe slow down an interesting career ? Enoughs enough. Create something with a little depth. These movies have become SO predictable, I have no problem pausing them...doing some yardwork....maybe watch the rest...maybe dont..... .........sigh.

Right up until the scene in the drive-in ? The two dudes ? Yep...we're good.....

Lol...ive never seen a "star ratings graph" so......equalized. What is it....about Cage? Lately it seems all this dude does is work!! Buffalo killing, dream interfering, and did you see Arcadian? Is there......a BAD Cage film? Name it. If nothing else there's ALWAYS some interesting aspect that keeps you wrapped. Kind of like this one ! It's not a good film.....or a bad one. Overall the picture makes some valid points about our present culture. Worth a watch.

While it was great to see this whole "kampy" deal again (kampy with a "k" buddy...THAT kampy) ...save those 5 star ratings....movies like "Good Fellas" etc etc.......I forget how old Eddie has gotten...I mean BHC was before my service...I was younger than 17.....what's it mean? It means Eddie Murphy is doing great !! And at THAT age. He seems as sharp and quick as always....aging better than me !! These movies were meant to be stupid-fun....and they are. Remember.....the 80s are nearly half a century ago...... Wayfarers, Van's, and Birdwell Beach Britches.....fake, plastic, and high hair. It was a noble era! Welcome back Eddie. Keep it rolling......
