I can see the attractiveness of this dramatic show that is beautiful crafted, with talented actors. I am troubled by the fact that Hugo Blick supposedly did research on the Genocide against the Tustsi in Rwanda (not Rwandan genocide by the way), and claims that this show is based on factual events. The show propagates the fact that Hutus in Congo were killed, implying that perpetrators of the genocide against Tutsi are also victims. Since International organisations have recognized the genocide against the Tutsi, and that there is no more room for genocide denial. The next step for the genocide ideologists is to spread this idea that there are also somehow victims, which this show underlines by stating that there were 6 million victims ( which is historically false). I can recommend as a fiction drama show. But, I would urge you to do your own research of the genocide against the Tutsi and the war in Congo in 1997-1998 (intended to dislocate the perpetrators who were in camps destabilizing the frontal area Rwanda-Congo through attacks). Please do not take this show as a historical lesson.
