There are comedies which you will laugh your heart out. But, climax sequence is very boring and not funny at all in any sense. People were going out of theatre during the climax. Bromance acting was very artificial by one of them. Other guy was very good.

Romantic movie that made sense.

Acting of Mammootty and the kid were really good. The role of feminine mammootty was excellent. The storyline was not impressive. Actresses were really bad. Climax after 'mamangam' was really unnecessary.

Since Odiyan was most anticipated mallu movie, i had done advance booking. Was disappointed to see ngative reviews floating in internet Friday morning itself. So, i had less expectationsabout the movie. To be frank, a good movie. With certain flaws in timings and editing. I would give a 4.5/5 for acting and story. But a 2.5/5 for direction and wrong marketing. So, overall 3.5/5. The concept of odiyan and the background study of odiyan was perfectly shown. I feel there was no need of two action scenes.
