This story is about a 10 year old girl anjali in near 1942 fighting for freedom with her mother , father and her friend irfan . In her life there are many ups and downs. She is facing lot of problems losing her 2 friends, her mother being arrested , can't get as much as respect like upper class for dalits and all riots between Hindu and Muslim community. However how many problems anjali had she never thought of backing off.
