If you're a ST fan, prepare to be disappointed. The show seems to focus on only one character, instead of the crew like all other ST series have. The show is supposed to take place after the Original Series, but it doesn't flow properly. The Klingons are badly done, and, evidently, there is no universal translator. If you want to watch the show with your children, don't go beyond episode 4. This is not a family show like the other series have been. Once you get to episode 5, the language starts... And it's bad. I'm not sure why they decided to put 2 F-bombs and several other expletives into the episode.
