This feature completely changed the way I approach cinema. Tentacles (1977) is not your run of the mill cephlapod thiller. I have to commend the brillant writting and directing of Ovidio G. Assonitits as well as the praise-worthy performance of Bo Hopkins as Will Gleason. The gritty and realistic tone is perfectly accented by the stunning use of practical effects. The eight-legged genius prodigy whomst portrayed the leading role as the star octopus shook me to my core with his heart-wrenching performance. This cinematic legend of a film is a blessing to witness.
Do yourself a favor and experiance this film as soon as you possibly can.
