I am completely shocked by Eric Bana’s abysmal performance in this boring and droll waste of time. Eric’s accent was a mess, and I actually likened him to Jarrod Rabecchi, however the Toadfish would have actually acted better than Bana. The storyline was lackluster, acting terrible, directing disgraceful. No stars if I had the choice.

I can’t express how disappointed I am with this series. As soon as I seen the name I excitedly began to watch and after an insufferable 20 mins I’m done. The characters lack substance and I can’t “feel” them. The series is NOTHING like the video games, the only similarities are Names only. It lacks the humour that I loved in the games and the deceptive title makes me furious! Yakuza: Like a Dragon was my favourite in the games because I found the characters hilarious, the series goes back to the origins of the Yakuza games, yet the characters are completely different from the game characters. It’s really missed the mark and it’s such a waste of what could have been potentially a fantastic series

10/10 and it’s a rarity for me to score a game so highly! I knew nothing about this game, despite my love of story driven horror games. I went in blindly with no expectations and am absolutely thrilled that I found this gem I’m not a fantastic gamer and I died a million times, I usually give up if I die a couple of times, but the rich storyline kept me going. The dialogue was believable, rich and at times funny AF, It was also sad, tragic and heartbreaking. Not one bug or glitch on the PS5, and the artwork looked spectacular splashed on the screen like an acrylic hydro dip. I’m usually hopeless at playing stealth, but I really enjoyed that element of this game. Although it was contained on an oil rig I didn’t feel any monotony relates to revisiting areas, it all felt relevant and flowed beautifully. I would love more games like this, I’m a huge Supermassive fan, but having some shorter, dialogue rich games to play in between the long wait of Supermassives release dates such as this is a very welcome addition to my collection.

I was fairly new to gaming when RDR2 was realeased … I had not long and was still playing Skyrim, so imagine how my mind was blown! Breathtaking scenery, wonderful main story with many hidden Easter eggs and side quests. A beautifully written story that was totally gut wrenching at times. After 110hrs I got hold of a second hand ps3 just so I could play RDR, even playing in reverse, it all still flowed and made great gaming. My go to when I can’t sleep is to head off fishing, the “clack clack clack” of the reel is slighly hypnotic and I’m suddenly struggling to keep my eyes open … that is in no way saying that the game is boring, it’s far from it. 10/10

Recently was able to purchase and play on PS5. I had avoided any reviews and went blindly into the game. This was a beautifully orchestrated game with an exceptional story line that was full of lore, engaging subplots with rich characters that exhibited humour, compassion and drive to write their own story. It was funny, entertaining , sad and utterly brutal. The biggest emotional roller coaster I’ve ever had the pleasure to play 10/10!
