The book has a simple premise, that of people having their minds projected back decades and reliving their lives repeatedly. There is no real conflict to this story though. It's just a thought experiment that many unsatisfied people have had. There's no real problem and solution, and no explanation or purpose, it's just a story about people living life over again and being able to gamble and play the stock market and then live without financial concerns. It wasn't a horrible read, but it's very shallow and I'm surprised this book won or was considered for any honors.
