upon watching the movie, it seemed to be geared for ages 1-10 like all the other Disney/Pixar films. However it’s content was definitely NOT for that age bracket. I’d say more for ages 12-14 which kids of those ages would probably have no interest in watching this. When watching this with my 9 and 4 year old, I had many “what the..” “did they really just say that?!” Moments… like when the little girl draws pictures of boys shirtless and the mom refers to them as “sexy” pictures, how her and her friends talk about sneaking out behind their parents backs to go to a boy band concert and that they would “leave as women”, the part where the mom runs to the store and yells at the little boy accusing him of pretty much being a 30 year old child predator (he says he’s 17) and says something about him using “drugs”, all the scenes of the mom throwing the pads around asking if she needed one.. it was directed to the wrong audience. This movie should have been for pre-teens, teens instead you have families so excited Disney released a new movie for their littles and it is not appropriate content for them. Sorry Disney you missed the mark here!
