Kitsune Tsunami

Absolutely fell in love with this show. I really enjoyed the humor and characters. There was a quirky “realness” to the characters and story didn’t shy away from uncomfortable issues or moments. It was really human and touching in that way, with generous splashes of humor to lighten it up. Absolutely loved Gong Hyo-jin’s portrayal of a single mom. This series is actually full of amazing female characters. The male characters respond to these strong female roles in a broad range of reactions, but always relatable, at times hilarious, and very endearing. Great writing and acting - totally worth watching. Ne ma-eum sok-e jeo-jang!

This is my absolute favorite. The screenwriting, acting, comedic timing...literally everything about it is superbly executed. Every time I rewatch it, I get something new out of it, and I RARELY rewatch anything. I will warn you, there is no escape - these characters will take root in your heart and become a part of you. Thank you, Kim Hye-Young and Lee Byeong Heon for gracing us with “Mellow is My Nature!”
