I think they purposely portrayed the life of Jesus this way so as to leave doubts as to him truly being the Son of God, the prophesied Messiah. This secular Godless world would then not be moved to seek the Truth. The film even has Jesus being surprised at who HE was and His mission. The filmmakers used some parts of the Bible while ignoring other parts. When miracles were shown it left room for doubts such as the boy possessed, let’s just make it seem like he had epilepsy or the woman with leprosy, just have Jesus touch her but not show her face cured of the boils. Jesus would not have had the crowds and followers and men and women willing to die for him, if he had only done “maybe” miracles. The fact that 2000 years later there are billions of Christians is proof he was who he said he was. Watching this film is a waste of time and filled with underlying anti-christ rhetoric.
