This bread maker makes dense burnt bread. I've complained to the company several times and they keep sending me a replacement. I've had 2 replacements with the same results. The temperature is too hot and you can't change it because it's factory set. I complained again and they are willing to send me another.
I want a refund but no deal. I'm tired of trying different yeast, flour and trying different amounts of liquid.
