I started my WFPB journey almost 10 years ago, and this film was very instrumental in my being willing to give it a try. I'm almost 68, in great health, and have avoided the arthritis my mother was cursed with. Also hoping to avoid the cancers and dementia that both parents had as they aged. I think the film has held up very well after all these years, and it is super motivating. Watch, and go do it!
