Initially I liked the movie and almost gave it 4 stars but there are flaws in this which can't be ignored. While the movie is fun and I definitely enjoyed it but few things I am gonna point out. 1. Master Splinter even though he was good but I don't like this version of master splinter as I always saw master as someone very serious and disciplined. 2. April O' neil was no go for me, even the character design. 3. Romance angle of Leo and April was weird af, april and casey was a couple and there was no need to put leo in picture. 4. All the villains going against one is kinda predictable and there was no motivation to go through as they just did it. 5. Too much use of buzz word here and there, like writers made a point to throw these words now and then to just get the recent viewers who is from gen z Lastly the worst thing for me was turtle going to school, don't get me wrong them getting acceptance was good and it was fine but there name is "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" and Ninja signifies someone in the shadows as they always helped from the shadows and this movie took it away, which might be the sole reason I am giving it 3/5, I liked the visuals and there are some great moments but these flaws just can let me give it 3.5 or 4.
