A good film for sure, but it is more than 3 hours long. I feel like the movie peaked at about hour 2 and the rest of it could have been cut into a 10-minute sequence (don't want to give spoilers but I'm talking about everything after the big bang). It seemed to drag on for too long after the boom and I found myself wanting to see the movie end for a long time. The acting is superb and the nerdy science parts are very well done. It's worth seeing but just make sure you are ready for a very long movie.

A massive fail Square Enix! Several hours in and I'm already considering doing what I've never done with any Final Fantasy release... I'm just going to abandon the game. Honestly, I'm just bored. Constrained linear corridors , limited visual perspective (constantly having to move the camera to see where I am going), no mini-map so I'm running in circles a lot, and a MIND NUMBING degree of cutscenes that leaves my controller on the table next to me far more than in my hand. In the limited amount of time I'm actually in battle, the visual effects are so over-done that I can barely see what is happening so it basically turns into a button-mashing event. The characters are speaking in a ridiculously-thick dialect and I can barely understand what they are saying. Not really sure what the plot line is at all. Waited 8 years for this, and I'm beyond disappointed. You took the worst elements of the least-popular FF games and combined them into one huge flop.
