I wanted to like it. It had all the makings of a strong horror... until it explained nothing. For 2 hours? Though we can assume the "damnnation" of the husband.. did Catherine actually get some validation - I'm surprised for such a strong character that the director killed her - did the whole town find out? Did his own family shun him? For a huge lead up I expected more of an ending.. would not recommend.
