Never has the future been so depressing. Gone is the hopeful message of past Star Trek. Now everyone curses and hates each other. It's a real bummer how Alex Kurtzman ruined my favorite franchise. He will go down in history with the likes of Joel Schumacher and Rian Johnson. People who were given franchises that were too big for them and whiffed at the plate. Maybe you'll like this if you don't care about Trek or are stupid. For me Star Trek has always been a franchise I could escape into. A safe place where good people discussed and dealt with issues in a positive and thoughtful way. But this is just trash.
