As a DC fan having viewed the theatrical version twice. Zack Snyders version though long was an easy watch and a far superior version than the Joss Whedon version. Joss Whedon is a good director. That said. Trying to copy the Marvel formula with comedy didn't work. The Snyder cut is gritty and dsrk as it should have been. The narrative is more cohesive. Great movie. As a fan I was extremely pleased.
