I enjoyed watching the show in the early seasons. The purchase prices were reasonable, and renovation cost were comparable to work done. Now Ben's renovation cost are outrageous! They often exceed the purchase cost! $40,000 for a kitchen renovation! $15,000 to build a front porch. And the list goes on.
