The young Leia was portrayed very well and Ewan MacGregor’s titular role was a study in battling through remorseful insecurity to finding purpose in oneself again. Kudos to the writers for sewing together the threads of Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope using the broken psyche of a Jedi carrying the weight of a betrayal no one saw coming.

Escapist fare. Highly implausible and yet highly entertaining. Suspend reality for 2.5 hours and just enjoy the spills n thrills.
