Okay, so straight up...
The acting is good, as I would have expected.
But, for me, I like to watch a movie to be generally entertained. Isn't that usually the theology behind movies? Sadly, this one didn't entertain me much at all.
I felt like I was having some vague ideology shoved down my throat. Was I just missing the point? Or just what is the purpose of the film?
Various scenes spliced together with segue's in some attempt to fashion a complete storyline.
I guess it depends on what your expectations are. I can be as fascinated by creative art and film as anyone else, and I don't really go for stupid, simplistic storyline as a rule.
This isn't simplistic, but it does seem to be the former.
Just glad I didn't waste money to see it in a theater. But it is 3 hours of my life gone.
Poof.
