Okay, so tonight I'm going off of whether this film was entertaining for me. And I have to tell you that it's a resounding yes!! I'm not particularly knowledgeable about all the details surrounding Bonnie and Clyde. It's a part of American history, and I truly love historical movies that are as factual as they can be. Is this movie completely factual? I have a lot of doubts. But is it an entertaining movie (ie: one I've watched more than once and have continued to enjoy it?)...Absolutely! Just grab yourself some popcorn and sit down for a good, all-round movie. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Okay, so straight up... The acting is good, as I would have expected. But, for me, I like to watch a movie to be generally entertained. Isn't that usually the theology behind movies? Sadly, this one didn't entertain me much at all. I felt like I was having some vague ideology shoved down my throat. Was I just missing the point? Or just what is the purpose of the film? Various scenes spliced together with segue's in some attempt to fashion a complete storyline. I guess it depends on what your expectations are. I can be as fascinated by creative art and film as anyone else, and I don't really go for stupid, simplistic storyline as a rule. This isn't simplistic, but it does seem to be the former. Just glad I didn't waste money to see it in a theater. But it is 3 hours of my life gone. Poof.

Maybe it's just dated, but from the reviews I read I expected this to be a pretty darn good film. Honestly, it was probably one of the worst sci-fi films about alien invasion that I've ever seen. Hokey acting. Errors made throughout the film with continuity. And really, just a rather stupid storyline. Not believable by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, it was so pathetic that I found it to be boring. Good luck with this one, movie fans!
