In my opinion, I wish the ending had a more planned out stronger finish. Otherwise, it was a beautiful, creepy, unsettling movie. Alice Krige was disturbing as ever, I liked the use of all the dark corners and the atmosphere was really cool. It was something different and that’s nice to see once in a while.

For a movie with violent in the title I was expecting something a little different. By the time most of the violence showed I was too bored to be interested. Overly dragged out story line. Weak jokes for a “comedy” and just found myself waiting for it to be over. Haven’t felt that disappointed leaving the theatre in a long time. Could have skipped this one.
