I’m a huge One Piece fan and this is a disappointing movie. It would be generous to say the characters, powers, story, and voice acting are cliché and dry. I can only think it’s worth your time if only for the sake of saying you’ve watched it. Also, minimal to no connection to the Tesoro plot (which I thought was also disappointing but leagues better than this film).
