Biden was not held accountable in not answering questions like stacking the court. Trump had to ask the follow-up -would would be on your list for the court. And more. Biden also attacked trump on comments alleged about troop in cemeteries being losers which many named individuals have said was not true. Clearly attacking Trump but never Biden.
