I suppose its difficult to know what to believe. As humans, we generally believe the information that we are fed. Every point of view being raised is going to be bias, it's the nature of it. In saying that, I have been on and off the track to be vegan for the past 3 years. Which now I have been more inspired to get back on. I have already not eaten butter or milk for some time or meat. I believe healthy clean eating is crucial. As an individual I don't know if all the information being presented is correct. As there are views and opinions on both sides. What to believe? I believe if you look at the consumerism behind the meat industry and the chemicals/antibiotics uses in animals than for me personally that is worrying, it's enough to wean me off animal products! Take everything with a grain of salt and do what feels right to you in regards to your health
