It's not for everybody. It's not for everytime. But for the right person at the right place during the right time: this album is magnificent. Mr. West takes his public persona and bends it to his will. This album is chaotic but not messy. Cruel but not abusive. Every song seems as if the lyrics were written in under 5 minutes which gives the album a stream of consciousness feel. Lyrically, there is no filter on this album. Musically, this album sounds like a mixture of industrial metal and EDM. It sounds strange but it works. This is perfection.
