I loved seeing the old cast members on screen! It's just unfortunate that the new cast doesn't have good synergy. They're all awkward and the friendships don't seem genuine compared to the old cast. I know it's not good to compare old and new cast members, but this series already knew the consequences of making a spin off. The execution was poor with the new actors due to their lack of character and humor. Their humor and behavior is cringey and immature. This show also reminds me of watching Disney or Nickelodeon... which is NOT something I enjoy as a fan of That 70's Show. I think the producers are forgetting that people who grew up watching That 70's Show have grown up and the grown up fans are going to be big viewers for That 90's Show. Unfortunately, the type of humor with the new cast is going to flop because it's too immature for old fans (the humor may be funny to young teens?) This show is definitely missing the 90's aspect as well. I definitely think Red and Kitty steal the show, which is actually a bad thing knowing that the main focus is Leia and her friends. I definitely think this show needs a lot of improvement on the new cast character's personalities (the new cast feels like they're recycled characters and unoriginal). Although the show needs a lot of improvement, I'd be open-minded to watch another season just to see where it goes.
