(No spoilers)
This has so much depth, I LOVE IT, 2 episodes in. It’s classic sci-fi in that it explores theoretical/futuristic technology while presenting social issues and human nature.
If you’re looking for Starship Troopers or Doom or Lovecraftian monsters, this sci-fi is not for you.
If, however, you enjoy sci-fi that builds characters and plot, and does not rely on non-stop action sequences, you will enjoy immersing in this story.
(As for the 1-star reviews, I can only assume they come from individuals with the emotional depth of a potato and the attention span of a squirrel on methamphetamines.)
