Excellent acting and story plausibly exposing corruption in NY power grab and urban renewal, racial insensitivity, making me feel very uneasy about what may be more real than fiction. The music—Jazz, fits the urban story and the story the music. So also the main character’s Tourette syndrome. Ed Norton is brilliant. So also all the supporting actors.
