My name is Seamus and I posted a review previously today about Gone fishing charters and how my family has been treated by them. I wrote a review outlining the situation. I have had a msg from them in response saying at no point did I tell them the reason for cancellations, which was that my wife was in hospital, which to me is astounding, That was the first thing I said to Criss. He was more concerned with his business and never did he ask if we where ok or why we were in the hospital. My brother did keep trying to contact him as per his instructions but was ignored, the last thing he told my brother was he would review it on Monday and get back to us, witch he did not do. Yes he told us to contact the office but provided no contact details. I also would like to revisit the illegal recording of my bank details and the failure to give any terms and conditions if there are any. The response I got to my last post was very broad and insufficient, I should not have to chase them up through email, they should contact me instead. If payment can happen over the phone why is it different with cancellations. You guys have my details anyway, including bank details.
