It was well shot as far as cinematography goes. However the dialogue and Native Americans speaking English was jarring and brought you out of the film. The main character could all of a sudden jump 20 ft, do parkour, and is some how a Kung fu master. You are beaten over the head with the fact that she is smarter and better than the male hunters in her tribe with very little experience (I mean the characters literally have to tell you). The last action scene was pretty good. Unfortunately with the unbalanced characters in the film it isn’t convincing and makes for a mediocre film.

Well Disney does it again! Should’ve known, it’s Luke/Boba 3.0! I’m not sure why they feel the need to destroy old characters by making them broken and weak. Don’t even get me started on how this director doesn’t understand Star Wars, the Inquisitors, or how Force powers work! Ewan McGregor does a great job reprising as ObiWan, not that there was a doubt. However he’s still a side character in his own show. Unfortunately the subpar directing and writing caused this to fall flat. May the force be with you!
