I thoroughly enjoyed this book. William Kent Krueger has fast become one of my favorite authors. I have read Iron Lake and Boundary Waters which focus on Cork O’Connor, a former sheriff of Aurora, MN. Excellent mystery series so far! This Tender Land is a story centered around 4 orphans and their adventures during the Great Depression. Outstanding novel by this NY Times bestselling author.
