This movie is pretty refreshing. I would say this, it does remind me of iRobot, Terminator, etc mashed into one. But this movie was really good. I did not experience any sense of dead space within this movie. I know this movie has a long run time, but I would have actually liked more because there were some storylines that I would have liked them to expand on. I also understand how Smith is not dead. All he needed was power(fusion reactor). Put his processor in a different machine and boom, he's back. I actually watched this movie twice already. There is a comedic sense between Atlas and Smith which is not something I was expecting watching this movie, but it added a new level of depth between human and machine. I would recommend anyone to watch the movie at least once.

I'll be honest. I would have given this movie a four or five star. I was completely invested in this movie because I was curious of what would happen. But the ending reminds me of another movie called "How it ends". And the way it ended sucked! I understand this is a thriller, but the fact that it ended with this little girl watching a freaking television show blew my mind. I literally rewinded this movie to make sure that I wasn't going crazy of how it ended. And the ending tainted the movie in its entirety and left me wanting more. Now by all means am I not saying I wanted a happy ending. I'm not saying that at all. But something would have been better than this little girl watching a freaking show that she's been complaining about the whole movie. I get it I really do, but I don't accept it. Maybe if there was a post credit, my mind would be at ease. Maybe this was intentional to piss people off. If so, you did a great job doing just that. In closing, I would actually watch this movie again and completely ignore the ending lol.
