This is real! Great cast! Great acting ! Great story line! This far and away superior to the Red Tail version . Love it !

Worst sequel to any movie ever ! Worst golf movie ever ! Worst attempt at comedy ever. Gawd awful. I might have given this tragedy two stars but when Mason turned the course into an amusement park ? You got to be kidding? Completely lost it after that ! Comedy has to resemble at least a little bit of reality. Akroyd’s attempt to follow Murray’s character ? Horrible . Does not even deserve a star but couldn’t post without it . Original Caddyshack and cast blows this mess right out of the water! The talent was there but the direction and story line was obviously not ! 20 mill budget, 11 mill at box office ? Proofs in the puddin ! Highly recommend you walk away from this one !

Inspirational. Sad but all great stories involve some tragic moment. Love G baby and the rest of the kids! Reeves is great !

Startling the fact that we as a nation could have fallen to such treacherous people? Even eventually winning over our own Americans? Very thought provoking show. Didn’t really need the time warp aspect, reality was interesting enough.

Please let’s see another season! Loved the first so original! Looked at another review but the show takes time to develop. Be patient it’s worth it !

Goodman's depiction of Ruth is an embarrassment to the Babe. What a total disappointment. Sure Ruth had his issues but to display him in this fashion? A fat boisterous slob? I prefer the William Bendix version. Much like the Tommy Lee version of Ty Cobb I find both movies offensive and just not worth while. Both Goodman and Jones are great actors but I would not recommend either movie. There are better ways to present "legends" and their short comings. Really poor productions. Does not even deserve one star.

Terrific cast. Exceptional acting , only one problem? A German officer speaking in a very clear and clean English dialect? Perfect English? Why is it everyone else is presented in character ? Crisp German accents, everyone except Peppard? It’s a glaring discrepancy through the entire movie! Cmon George why couldn’t you at least attempt a little Bavarian dialect? It’s so conspicuous, all the German characters except Peppard are realistic when it comes to the dialect. Very disappointing. George just does not come across in character without the accent. Even Ursula gets In character ? The rest of the cast ? Yes I enjoyed their performances. Regarding Peppard, Without the dialect? The movie loses some authenticity. It just doesn’t totally work for me. I do give this three stars but I’m sorry . Peppard deserved better. Poor directing when it comes to his character, could have been presented more authentic. Great action and performances especially by Willi and Heiden !

Watching this you would the Confederates were the saviors of the slaves? Slaves all just so happy and in awe of their masters? Yezza master you be the greatesty? Confederates depicted as these miss understood and harassed simple folks of the South? While the Northerners are depicted as the evil invaders from up north. I have always defended the South's position of "states rights" as their reason for secession but after watching this? Half a million souls dead and for what? Another example of politicians promoting their agendas at the expense of the common soldier. Gettysburg was phenomenal depicting the human side of the struggle. This prequel was a joke. White washed and miss leading in so many ways.

Casting much better then Winds of War series. Ali McGraw just didn’t fit and Jan the husband ? Ali is over rated and sometimes to “gushy, syrupy” and just too whiny at times. Nope. Jane Seymour was great taking over the character. Bottom line War was definitely better all around in the casting department. Jane’s character to me , made the connection for me.
