what a silly, silly show. I stumbled across it and noticed it had 3 series so thought what the heck ill give it a go. within a few minutes i was laughing. It became a game of spot the actor who can obviously see but is supposed to be blind. Hilariously bad acting - weren't they trained in how to act blind? Especially mamoa, watch the scene with the babies and how carefully he avoids headbutting one of them constantly as a truly blind person would in real life. Admittedly, ive only watched the first episode and eager to watch the second. Why? Because this series might become a new drinking game called "See" :'Spot the bad blind acting first, the others have to drink'

Once in a long, long, long, long while, a series comes along and blows you away like a hurricane. In this case, hurricane Katrina, from which this vastly undersestimated series derives its fantastic storyline. Brilliantly scripted (writer of The Wire), amazing cast and their flawless acting, and the music? jeez the music - which a lot of the plot revolves around as much as the individual people that had to pick themselves up after the hurricane itself - was phemonenal. Their personalised stories are like brushstrokes that create a wonderful, carefully crafted, work of art. I could talk endlessly about this series but I do suggest you find a spare weekend and boxset it with a glass of wine and nibbles

Well done to disney for passing off a two hour toy & merchandising advertisment as a star wars film. Much like the previous two adverts - i mean, films - they had but a passing resemblence to the original star wars films (IV, V and VI and Rogue One). Thankfully, true star wars fans can shudder and clean their souls from what disney have done to the last three star wars films and go and watch The Mandalorian and the story of Boba Fett and feel like all is not lost. Now, can someone who actually watched or even liked star wars get the rights back so we can make actual star wars films now - i'll even write them if you like (for free, I'm that disappointed)

If you thought Star wars episode vii: The force awakens was atrocious, you aint seen nothing yet! Episode viii is so bad that in the fight sequence towards the end I expected the bad guys to move towards the good guys snapping their fingers like the sharks versus the jets ala west side story - truly hilarious. Disney have one more opportunity with episode ix to get their heads from their backsides because at this rate they havent continued the star wars story, they've destroyed it in the same way that Star Trek Discovery destroyed Star Trek The next generation and made the whole idea a cheap toy advert

Amazing to think this show is almost 15 years old, you could release it now and it would be just as relevant and new. To sum up the show its Hill Street Blues meets The Wire with a bit of documentary style camera work. Well worth a binge watch. You'll recognise every actor in it as they all turned into stars just like Hills Street Blues did. It only gets 4 stars because I didn't write the script :)
