I 300 percent disagree with the critics of this game. Its a great story influenced by the story from the first game. It's an emotional roller coaster feeling for both sides of the story which is told brilliantly. The gameplay and the graphics look truly amazing. My hats off to Naughty Dog. HBO is making a series on this game. That should speak to how well this game was made. Hats off also to Troy Baker and Ashley Johnson for the not only epic performance but the large amount of time they and other actors put into this game. I'm sure wearing mocap equipment can't be very comfortable after long periods of time.
