I really hope you read this Matt. This is a first world book. I am giving it a star as I am from the first world. My girlfriend tried to kill herself and I was hospitalised at 14 with clinical depression. Depression has ruined my life. I have given up on my career and have left my partner. I still feel guilty for all of this bearing in mind that children in the 3rd world have their colons literally dragging a few feet behind them before they die. Ifan Ifan
