A heart breaking, gut wrenching movie 💔
It is so raw in showing the reality of Al-Nakbeh
It is less eventful than what I'd expected before watching it. But it was amazing nonetheless.
I couldn't help but imagine the anxiety and fear Farha felt during her time in the pantry.
Imagine your loving dad telling you to hide in a pantry and that he'll be back but that would be the last time you ever see him 💔
Imagine witnessing a whole innocent family get brutally murdered in front of you through a crack in the door 💔
And imagine when you manage to get out of the place that kept you captive, but alive there's no one. No one in the place you called home that was once bustling with activity.
And to think, that this is STILL the reality of my home country. It truly breaks my heart 💔
