Absolutely stunning. The descent and spiral into dementia and the shifting perspectives like grains of sand. Having worked as a healthcare assistant in nursing homes and on the wards and now many years later a doctor. Hopkins performance is absolutely stellar, his poise, the emotionless glazed eves to the permanently confused and lost face. Even the ending as the crisis approaches is what I have heard and mirrors that of the lost individual.
