Someone said they couldn't recognize MGMT in these songs, its probably because they weren't listening. The album is nothing short of MGMT, that includes their slow-burn approach that has been consistent with all their albums. To be clear, this album is way IS mellow in mood compared to their previous works, but that the beauty of it. It will not cater to someone who isn't matching its flow/energy. The lesson I acquired from this album is that sometimes things don't change at the same pace, sometimes we change faster, and sometimes the world changes faster. But that doesn't mean that whatever entity didn't change along with us, is bad, you just aren't on the same tempo....LEARN TO SLOW DOWN, LEARN TO FIND THE TEMPO ..But in short. This album has now become on of my favorites, placing it above MGMT and LDA, I would go as far and say that its consistency as a whole matches that of Congratulations, and for that I congratulate them. I highly recommend this album
