How wonderful it was to see this video of a show from my childhood! I wrote in to the show as a 4th grader and received a pen pal. The girl and I grew up together through our letters to each other and are still "pals" to this day!!! I'm about to be 52 years old this summer. I'm a teacher and I'm planning to make a pen pal writing project for my students for next school year. Seeing the Big Blue Marble and listening to the closing song pulled my heart-strings. I hope that the project can help my students have a life-long experience just as I have. Thanks BIG BLUE MARBLE. :)
