The show starts off really bad. It’s watchable but you have to push through to get to the good stuff. It adapts a lot from the Dan Slott run, and if you don’t like that run, your probably not going to like this show. I enjoy parts and will see it through too the end, but I must say: I hate spider-Gwen in this show. I love her in the comics and spider verse, but in this show she is immensely butchered. Within in the span of two episode it hours from Gwen to getting powers to suddenly being better then Peter, she literally says during the spider-island arc “maybe they can make theses powers into something good like WE did” like what you’ve had powers for only one episode. Plus here identity is public. The show is very middling. It isn’t amazingly accurate and good like spectacular and isn’t fun and alike to the marvel team up series Ultimate Spider-Man.
