I have mixed feelings about the show If you have read the books, then you know where I'm coming from. There were a lot of changes like with the heavenly fire scene, losing memories, parabatis. I really liked Malecs relationship in the books and show. I felt like Clace needed more work. I think k the actress who played Clary is funny and nice, but the role did not fit her. It seemed over acted to me. Alec was not very emotional compared to Jace and Izzy when they all weren't suppose to be so emotional. Jace was very tempered in the series. I Idk, I think the books will always be better. The show was not horrible, and I started to really enjoy it when due to Magbus honestly. He seemed like the hero of the show more than the shadowbunters themselves. Idk, we all have our own opinions about the show. The as e are mine

I have been reading this series since it began, but let me tell you, this was full of twists and very engaging. I highly suggest reading this novel along with the rest of the series. You will not be disappointed. Following the main character, Audrey Rose, who develop into a strong, independent, woman made it worth reading. This was probably one of the best novels in the series besides the first book that leaves you hooked!

I don't usually read these types of books. My friend suggested it to me and let me borrow their copy. I was quite fond of the book. It did start out a bit slow at first. I did not think I was going to continue the book. I am glad I continued to read it. There were twists I was quite surprised about, and there were some I was not. The biggest plot twist was most definitely a surprise and was not expected at all. I did not want to put this book down at all and when I finally finished it, I disliked the last page of the novel. I was expecting something completely different, but sadly it did not happen how I wanted it to, but this was a good read and I encourage others to read this novel. You will be in for a surprise
