I picked this up on a whim from a local thrift store and a mere 3 days later I find myself scouring the internet for anything else this author has done. Take the best parts of Carl Hiaassen and Chuck Palanhuik, spinkle in some Carlton Mellick-esque weirdness and you're getting into the general idea. Amazing characters that you can literally smell dripping from the page. The fact that this author is teaching a whole new generation of authors gives me hope for the future.
