I agree with Misho,... I found the movie to be boring as well. Disjointed, and not very clear as to what the problem was - either with his Dad, or the what the mission had to do with anything. I found the (real life) sets to be obvious locations found somewhere on earth, parking decks, abandoned football stadiums, etc. I found the music uninspiring, the time travel aspects unrealistic, and the skipping over of life threatening space "issues" an easy way out for the Director to avoid dealing with them. Why did he even go on the mission? They already had a team going to do the very same thing he eventually accomplished. To many little things to get into,.... Go see Interstellar,... A much much better movie,... And way way waaaaay better music. Go watch a Classic,... Like Don Knotts in - the Reluctant Astronaut- Now there is some fine fine acting. And the special effects,... Most impressive.
