I haven't read Grisham in a long time. Picked this book up on the advice of a book store employee. Wish I had read a review first. The characters are whiney, the plot ridiculous and the writing is bad. So much passive voice that I find myself mentally revising it as I read. Not even 50 pages in and I won't be finishing it.
