As an Black Bridgeport Police Officer, It was an extreme honor to serve at the same time and in the same Department as Mr Bailey serve! I was nowhere in his classes as an officer.But you could look at Mr Bailey and know that he was special He extruded an air of confidence conflate which professionalism not seen in most Officer. Mr Bailey was different! It was almost as if God sought to make the perfect officer,Officer, made Mr Bailey!
